Is Laser Acupuncture the same as Laser Light Therapy?

Laser Acupuncture is performed by a licenced Acupuncturist who has extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

An acupuncture laser device is similar to normal acupuncture except that laser light is used instead of acu-needles, which great for people that don't like needles!

Treating with laser acupuncture is the stimulation of acupuncture points, and meridians using the foundations of Chinese Medicine; as well as the concepts of holism, 5 elements, yin-yang, the meridians systems, and Qi.

General laser therapy is the application of infrared light and/or visible red light to injured or damaged local tissue directly on the affected area, without the stimulation of the pathways or the knowledge of Chinese Medicine foundations.
