This is followed by Acupuncture specifically aimed at reducing restrictions in your hands, fingers are arms and finally a relaxing massage of head, neck and shoulders.  

This treatment is Spa worthy and a must try if you have any issues with carpel tunnel, nerve pain or arthritis.
