As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Sweedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by massaging the tissue with long gliding techniques in the direction of blood returning to the heart.

I call this session Nirvana because it is the closest you will get to heaven during a treatment.  This deluxe session starts with parafin wax treatment for your hands and a herbal foot soak.  

Once on the table you will receive acupuncture to your hands and arms while receiving reflexology to your feet followed by a full body massage using hot towels, aromatherapy and hot stones.  This session will leave you feeling fully relaxed and revitalized.   I can customize or change it according to your needs.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Sports massage is specifically tailored to different sports and sporting injuries. It is not a relaxing form of massage and can often be quite strenuous. It works by stretching tight muscles, stimulating inactive muscles and improving the condition of the soft tissue.

Sport Massage

A couples massage is a shared experience designed for two people where each person involved receives a relaxing massage from a therapist. 

The massages are provided at the same time, in the same private room, but in different massage tables (one per person). Some couples like to talk during the massage and some remain silent. The experience is entirely up to you!

Couples Massage (1 hour)

The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the warm stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Hot Stone Massage

I call this treatment Nirvana! It starts with a foot soak, followed by hot parafin wax treatment for your hands or feet. Once on the table you will receive foot Reflexology to start the treatment and if you wish Acupuncture for your hands and upper body. You will then receive a full body massage!

This treatment involves specialized training and clinical experience with Motor Vehicle Accidents as well as sensitivity and assessment around possible concussion, whiplash or muskuloskeletal injuries.  This treatment will involve a customize treatment plan aimed at increasing function and mobility while reducing stress and tension.

This includes extra attention on Assessment and findings to prepare reports, re-assessment, and treatment goals which are coordinated with a team of Health Care Professionals including but not limited to Medical Doctors, Chiropractors and Insurance Adjudicators.

MVA Motor Vehicle Subsequent Visit

This Initial Assessment involves a complete medical history, objective findings, and intake of motor vehicle accident to prepare a report for Sponsor (Insurance Adjudicator)
