People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Acupuncture plus Reflexology

The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the warm stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Hot Stone Massage

Raindrop Therapy is a healing technique using pure essential oils. Raindrop Therapy combines aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and moist heat to create healing and cleansing through structural and electrical alignment to the body. The purpose of the therapy is to bring total balance, harmony, and body wellness – mental, physical, and emotional.

Raindrop Therapy (90 Min)

I call this treatment Nirvana! It starts with a foot soak, followed by hot parafin wax treatment for your hands or feet. Once on the table you will receive foot Reflexology to start the treatment and if you wish Acupuncture for your hands and upper body. You will then receive a full body massage!

Deluxe Spa Massage (90 Min)

This treatment is designed as a customized treatment approach including massage therapy with hot stones and essential oils aimed at reducing muscular tension. This is followed by energy work including Cranial Sacral Therapy and/or Reiki. This treatment will leave your body, mind and soul destressed!

Massage Therapy Plus Energy Work

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, rhymical massage treatment performed by a specifically trained lymphatic therapist to stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid around the body.  

This helps rapidly speed up the removal of wastes and toxins from the body.It is a therapeutic treatment using light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph in your body.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

This treatment involves a combination of the benefits of Acupuncture and Massage therapy for maximum therapeutic benefit and to relieve sprains, strains and injuries. This combination is very complementary. TCM Acupuncture is one of the oldest, most commonly used systems of healing in the world. 

Your Acupuncturist will consider lifestyle, emotional and mental well-being and work to restore your body's natural balance by carefully inserting fine sterile needles into specific Acupuncture meridian points in the body.

Massage PLUS Acupuncture

This session will start with foot reflexology to your feet. This type of massage involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet to promote relaxation and relieve tension. It's based on the belief that these points correspond to different organs and systems in the body.

This will be followed by fully body therapeutic or deep tissue massage, including hot towels to relieve stress and tension in the body.

Reflexology is the ancient art of using finger pressure to stimulate the reflexes on the bottom of your feet.  There are many benefits including improved sleep, relaxation and pain relief to name a few!

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Theta is a brain wave state which vibrates at 4–8 Hz. 
In this state you are deeply relaxed and inward focused.  

Theta Healing is a meditative technique conducted while the client and practitioner are in a theta brainwave state - an altered consciousness where brainwaves are slowed to a relaxed mode.

The shifting of beliefs becomes are accessible from this space. This is where the old paradigm can be shifting from limiting beliefs or old patterns.
